spytap: It’s chili-cooking time, motherfuckers. I don’t always cook, but when I do there’s 3-5 pounds of meat simmering in alcohol, in a giant pot. (see: Cioppino, Chili, and Mussels, for examples.) Reason #896 I love this man: he cooks for me.
