ello! your grandpa’s book collection sounds amazing.

thank you. i really do wish i had the money and a place to keep them all. my grams is going to let me keep  a few. but there are just sooo many. about everything and anything. history. psychology. germany. love. monkeys. my gramps was a professor in jersey. he always had his head in a book. and he was a very active reader. most of them have scribbles and notes and corresponding newspaper clippings. it’s such a shame that most of them are being sold and/or donated.

We had to do the same thing with my grandfather’s library a few years ago. I brought home a bunch of his books, but it’s so heartbreaking to watch the majority be dispersed.
