Getting away
Just got back from a long weekend in Santa Barbara with Barrett. If you ever have the opportunity to spend a weekend there, I highly recommend it. I didn’t realize how much I needed the time away from the city until we were firmly ensconced in our B&B after a leisurely lunch on State Street. No plans, just played the weekend by ear, no computer, no email, I feel really relaxed for the first time in quite a while. Now if only I didn’t have to go to work tomorrow…
