Anybody know a remedy for stomach cramps?

I’m having really wicked cramps and additional stomach issues and Pepto’s not really helping. Anyone out there have any home remedies I could try? EDIT: Thanks for all the feedback, guys. I steeped some fresh ginger with spice tea and we’ll see what happens, otherwise, I will have to resort to Melissa’s remedy.
